Teamwork with production An industrial company in the coatings sector is looking for a **Preventive Maintenance Assistant** with the ability to identify improvements in equipment and facilities. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment. * Inspect gas, water, tank, filter, and hoist installations. * Identify production line failures and provide timely follow-up. * Maintain basic maintenance records. * Maintain order and discipline in the area (5S). * Report hazards or unsafe conditions. **Profile** * Technician in electronics, electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. **We are looking for someone who:** * Does not wait to be told what to do. * Identifies opportunities for equipment improvement. * Is consistent and disciplined in follow-up. * Works collaboratively with production. ***We offer job stability and growth opportunities.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,600.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
