Lead and supervise project execution within the department, ensuring compliance with quality, time, and cost objectives. The role will be responsible for implementing project management processes and methodologies, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the strategy defined by ESCO Operations Management. Responsibilities* Coordinate and supervise the execution of all ongoing projects within the projects area. * Ensure compliance with established schedules, budgets, and deliverables. * Manage risks and resolve conflicts or deviations in projects. * Control and maintain all projects within budget. * Collaborate with the operations area and the commercial, proposals, and control center departments to ensure integrated execution. * Provide executive reports on project progress to senior management. * Monitor and ensure compliance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the projects area. * Lead continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices. * Develop, document, and implement standardized processes and tools for project management. Candidate Requirements Position Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management. * Prior experience in projects within the automotive, photovoltaic, or food industries. * Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, or other recognized standards).
