We are looking for a person with a commercial and consultative profile who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their goals, and guiding them clearly and professionally throughout their publishing journey. What will you do in this role? * Provide advisory services to potential authors regarding our publishing options * Follow up with prospects and clients throughout their process * Present our services clearly and consultatively * Close sales with a professional, results-oriented approach * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience Our Ideal Candidate * Experience in sales, customer service, advisory, or consultative roles * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to build trust and conduct organized follow-ups * Basic or intermediate proficiency with digital tools * Professional, empathetic, and results-focused attitude Experience in publishing, marketing, education, coaching, or professional services is preferred but not required.
