Join our UVM faculty team to share your experience in planning and management. **Objective of the Undergraduate Faculty Position:** Ensure achievement of learning objectives and development of student competencies across undergraduate programs, including Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Apparel Industry, Multimedia Design, among others. **Functions and Responsibilities as an Undergraduate Faculty Member:** * Design dynamic classes that foster meaningful learning * Implement instructional strategies for face-to-face classes, identifying students’ academic needs and challenges. * Encourage active participation from all students * Enhance overall academic quality * Support students’ holistic development **Requirements to Become an Undergraduate Faculty Member:** A completed bachelor’s degree with official diploma and professional license is mandatory. (Fields include Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Apparel Industry, Multimedia Design, among others.) A master’s degree with official diploma and professional license is preferred. Minimum three years of teaching experience.
