




Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional to manage leads, close sales, and ensure excellent communication with clients for in-home nursing services. Key Highlights: 1. Base salary + uncapped commissions. At Enfermeras OM, we help families hire reliable nursing care at home. We seek someone who enjoys follow-up, responds quickly via WhatsApp, and takes pleasure in closing sales with organization and empathy. Your Responsibilities: \- Engage with clients and manage leads end-to-end (WhatsApp, calls, email, referrals, Facebook, and Messenger). \- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on video calls with clients (ensuring attendance). \- Update the CRM (Bigin) and commercial/operational records (Ana, WhatsApp, and other channels), ensuring full documentation. \- Prepare customized quotations and proposals based on client needs. \- Conduct timely follow-ups until closure; resolve client inquiries as the liaison between client and company. ** Formalize closures: confirm terms, dates, scope, and next steps to ensure seamless onboarding.** \- Draft and manage service contracts and acceptance letters. \- Manage schedules and calendars: video calls, start/end dates, reminders, and internal coordination. \- Request post-service feedback and encourage positive Google reviews. \- Light prospecting (referrals/partnerships) and record progress. \- Submit weekly reports: leads, sales, funnel status, and key metrics. What We’re Looking For (Requirements): \- Experience: 2–4 years in service sales and follow-up (healthcare or service industry preferred). \- Tools: CRM (Bigin preferred), WhatsApp, Gmail/Calendar, Sheets/Docs, Meet/Zoom, Facebook/Messenger. \- Key skill: excellent written communication (especially via WhatsApp) and strong documentation discipline. \- Solution-oriented mindset, disciplined follow-up practices, and friendly/professional demeanor. How We Measure Your Success (KPIs): Response time, video call show rate, lead-to-closure conversion rate, average ticket value, and number of reviews generated. Schedule and Work Model: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, in-office. Base salary + commissions (with performance-based growth potential) UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS.
