We are seeking a Junior Telephone Advisor who is committed and motivated to contribute to our ambitious mission of providing equitable access to financial products through innovation and technology. **Position Objective:** Follow up on already-approved loan applications by handling calls and verifying that client-submitted documentation is authentic, complete, and meets established requirements. Ensure files are in order to proceed with the process until credit disbursement. ### **Responsibilities:** Follow up with clients having pending payments. Make calls and send payment reminders. Negotiate payment agreements and commitments with clients. Record and update information in the system. Promptly follow up on overdue accounts. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients. Meet recovery targets and performance indicators.
