We offer accommodation, tour, and transportation services, driven by our passion for creating unforgettable experiences and delivering service that exceeds expectations. **We are looking for:** A proactive **Human Resources Analyst** ***Requirements*** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field (**degree holder**). * Conversational English proficiency (mandatory). * Experience conducting **initial and competency-based interviews**. * Organizational climate management and application of NOM-035. * Experience facilitating integration activities. * Experience in **onboarding and integration processes for new employees**. * Knowledge of talent attraction processes. * Effective communication skills. * Research capability and ability to generate knowledge. * Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality. * Proactive attitude and focus on continuous improvement. * Passion for service and teamwork. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Support in **talent attraction and selection processes**. * Posting job vacancies and screening resumes. * Scheduling and coordinating interviews. * Conducting initial interviews. * Applying NOM-035\. * Candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process. * Execution and improvement of the **onboarding process**. * Integration and updating of physical and digital personnel files. * Preparation of training materials. * Support in editing organizational communication materials. * Organization of integration activities. * Monitoring compliance with internal policies. * Support in payroll incidents. ***We Offer*** * Monthly net salary of **$12,000**. * Savings fund. * Statutory benefits. * Tour benefits. * Minor medical expense insurance. * Job stability and career growth.
