Contact Center Agent \- Customer Service Location: Bolívar Street 38, Historic Center, CDMX (Near Zócalo Metro Station). A major telecommunications company is seeking personnel to provide customer service and perform cross-selling for a well-known airline's platform. Training * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. * Compensation: $6,500 for the training period. * Productivity bonus: $1,800 Operational Schedules Work schedule from Monday to Sunday with one rotating day off per week. Availability required for the following shifts: * 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM * 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM * 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM * 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM Economic Offer and Benefits * Base Gross Salary: \* $8,300 monthly (42 hours per week) * $9,500 monthly (48 hours per week) * Weekly payment: Every Thursday. * Bonuses: * Productivity bonus (Telvista): $1,800 * Food vouchers: $600 monthly * Transportation bonus: $45 per workday * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Additional benefits: Life insurance, dental insurance, savings fund, cafeteria service, and educational support. Requirements * Education: Completed high school (proof required). * Experience: Minimum 3 months in a call center (customer service with cross-selling). * Documentation: Valid INE and RFC (not older than 3 months). * Skills: Strong verbal communication skills.
