Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Technical Diploma in Systems/Communications, or related field. Minimum experience: Windows and Linux administration (1 year) Active Directory management (users, policies, resources) – 2 years Telecommunications (PBX, IP switches, VoIP gateways) – 1 year Computer and printer equipment maintenance – 1 year Technical knowledge: Networks and structured cabling Server virtualization Telephony, printing, and hardware Office productivity software ISO 27001 (desirable) Key responsibilities · Management and tracking of IT-related helpdesk incidents. Administration of technological infrastructure and hardware inventories. Supervision and coordination of technical staff. Vendor, contract, warranty, and IT service tracking. Preparation of productivity reports, KPIs, and recurring failure analyses. Asset control in GMAO / Mansis XXI system. Management of consumables, spare parts, and departmental supplies. Participation in budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.
