Cleaning Shift Supervisor · We are looking for a responsible, organized, and leadership-skilled Cleaning Shift Supervisor to oversee hospital cleaning activities, waste management, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for coordinating operational staff, ensuring proper execution of services, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities · Supervise operational staff and ensure compliance with scheduled, routine, and corrective activities. Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding cleaning, waste management, and pest control. Verify proper use of supplies, materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Update activities using management software. Respond to service requests via the CAU (Customer Assistance Unit). Deliver and attend training sessions as required. Implement procedures aligned with the Quality Audit System. Prepare performance reports and indicators. Supervise compliance with management systems: quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and information security.
