




Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Data & Support to join our team at WHG Mexico in Ciudad de Mexico, N/A. **Purpose** ------------- As a member of the GSO Global Sales team, the Data & Support Manager will manage all GSO tools, including the OKTA Dashboard applications, to provide support to the GSO LATAMC team, hotels in the region, and other WHR corporate departments as needed. The role will proactively drive reporting, process control, opening checklists, regional budget oversight, incentive plans, scheduled hotel trainings, coordination with other WHR GSO HUBs when necessary, and strategic direction for development opportunities across all segments and portfolios managed by the GSO LATAMC team. In this role, the individual will report directly to the Regional Sales Director to systematically develop regional processes and strategies, leveraging WHR’s available tools. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Review, support, and execute the sales-focused opening checklist, including topics to be addressed jointly with the openings team * Monitor and record the LATAMC team’s budget, providing monthly updates to the finance team as appropriate on expenditures, approvals, and forecasts for the period * Schedule and lead trainings for the entire LATAMC region, covering WHR tools usage, participation tracking, and tool utilization monitoring—ensuring proper application of these tools * Liaise with other HUBs to maximize sales opportunities for accounts not currently served by the LATAMC global sales team * Generate monthly sales reports, consolidating data related to team performance—including activity logs, number of events and workshops, monthly sales versus target, key impacted hotels, and actionable intelligence to enhance sales efforts more effectively * Communicate with DOSMs, GMs, and sales teams regarding challenges related to WHR tool support * Identify ROI generated from sales team activities—including trade shows, workshops, promotions, and other initiatives * Oversee the RFP season and regional business cases * Centralize and act upon Hoteligence reports in collaboration with the GSO LATAMC team * Coordinate coverage with peers during leaves or vacations and address needs within that portfolio **Education and Experience** --------------------------- * Degree in Business Administration or related field, or Technical Diploma in Hospitality * Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotels, preferably within sales teams—and ideally within other global sales teams * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel – PowerPoint) * Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera * Power BI – Tableau – Hoteligence * Advanced English proficiency.
