




Job Summary: Integration Analyst and Designer responsible for analyzing, designing, and defining integration solutions between systems to ensure interoperability and efficiency. Evaluation of integration tools and platforms The Integration Analyst and Designer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and defining integration solutions among systems, applications, and platforms within the organization. Their objective is to ensure interoperability, efficiency, and scalability of information flows, aligning business needs with technological architecture. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions. * Design integration architectures (APIs, microservices, ETL, messaging, etc.). * Define technical specifications, data mappings, and integration contracts. * Document integration flows and ensure traceability. * Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams. * Evaluate integration tools and platforms (middleware, ESB, iPaaS). * Ensure compliance with security, quality, and data governance standards. * Support integration testing and incident resolution. * Optimize integration processes to improve performance and scalability. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Preferred: certifications in integration, architecture, or cloud. **Experience:** * 3–5 years in analysis, design, or implementation roles for integrations. * Experience working with multiple enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). **Technical Knowledge:** * API design and consumption (REST, SOAP). * Integration architectures (ESB, microservices, event-driven). * Integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.). * Data formats: JSON, XML, CSV. * Protocols: HTTP, FTP, messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). * Basic knowledge of databases and SQL. * Security concepts (OAuth, JWT, encryption). **Competencies** * Systems thinking and solution orientation. * Analytical and documentation skills. * Effective communication between technical and business areas. * Organization and attention to detail. * Collaborative teamwork. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Stability and performance of implemented integrations. * Timeliness in delivery of design artifacts. * Reduction of errors or failures in integrations. * Level of service and integration reuse.
