Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in HVAC projects to supervise installations, diagnose equipment failures, lead on-site construction personnel, document progress, and prepare final reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in supervision and management of construction site personnel for HVAC projects. 2. Extensive knowledge of various types of air conditioning systems. 3. Development of operation manuals and final project reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** · **EDUCATION:** Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field · **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 2 years as a field engineer in HVAC projects, with leadership experience in supervising and managing construction site personnel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Supervision of electrical and control system installations. · Identification and diagnosis of equipment failures. · Interpretation and measurement of scaled drawings and control diagrams. · Supervision of personnel · Maintenance of progress logbooks · Diagnosis and site survey · Care and safeguarding of tools. · Documentation of construction progress · Preparation of operation manuals and final reports · Knowledge of various air conditioning types (mini-split, VRV, VRF, chiller, split, packaged units, etc.). **WE OFFER:** · **SALARY:** $18,000.00 to $23,000.00 MXN per month + Statutory Benefits + Per Diem · **WORK LOCATION:** Project-dependent; full availability for travel required Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $18,000.00 – $23,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Schedule: * Day shift * Includes weekends Education: * Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Schedule: * Includes weekends * 8-hour shifts Education: * Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $16,000.00 – $22,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment Expected Start Date: 05/15/2026
