DE C.V. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Benito Juarez \- Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant responsible for ensuring that our facilities and branches operate under optimal and safe conditions. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Maintenance:** Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all areas (electrical, plumbing, metalworking, etc.). * **On-site Diagnostics:** Conduct periodic visits to our branches to identify defects, prepare technical reports, and prevent accidents. * **Specialized Repairs:** Promptly address failures in low/medium voltage systems and refrigeration equipment. **What do you need to apply?** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in general maintenance. * **Technical Proficiency:** Solid knowledge of: * **Electrical Systems** (low and medium voltage \- mandatory requirement). * **Plumbing and Refrigeration.** * **General Trades:** Metalworking, carpentry, locksmithing, and masonry. **Desired Skills:** * Service-oriented attitude and commitment to quality. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. **Why join us?
