Compliance with hygiene and food handling standards **Butcher Assistant (Pork)** A reputable company engaged in **food production** is currently seeking a **butcher assistant with prior experience as a pork steak cutter**, to join its production team. **Main Responsibilities:** Pork steak cutting. Preparation and handling of an approximate daily production volume of **300 to 400 kg**. Proper use of cutting tools. Compliance with hygiene and food handling standards. Support in general production area activities. **Requirements:** Previous experience as a butcher or pork steak cutter (preferably working with pork). Experience handling high-volume production.
