Leadership and management of multidisciplinary technical teams **Senior / Alpha Architecture Expert** **Location:** San Ángel, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Job Description** We seek a **Senior Architecture Expert** with systemic vision to validate the interaction of each component across all iterations of a large-scale project. The primary objective is to achieve full alignment between business and information flows, identifying dependencies or redundancies and proposing holistic solutions that optimize overall system performance through appropriate technology selection. **Key Responsibilities** * **Systemic Validation:** Ensure each technological component interacts correctly and consistently with functional processes and information flows. * **Dependency Analysis:** Proactively identify duplications or conflicts among components to propose integrated solutions. * **Performance Optimization:** Evaluate and optimize system performance by selecting and implementing technologies best suited to project requirements. * **Platform Proficiency:** Apply deep knowledge of Reference Architecture (RA) platforms in solution design. **Essential Requirements** * **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in software development centers. * At least 5 additional years of experience in **systems analysis and team management**. * **Education (Verifiable):** Completed bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in one of the following fields: * Computer Science and Informatics, Systems, or Administrative Informatics. * Administration, Accounting, or Quality. * Mathematics\-Actuarial Science or Physics. * **Technical Knowledge (Demonstrable in at least one of the following):** * **TOGAF 9 Foundation** (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or **TOGAF 9 Certified**. **Certifications (Desirable)** * Valid certification in **TOGAF 9 Foundation** or **TOGAF 9 Certified**. **Valued Competencies** * Solving complex technical problems from a business perspective. * Leadership and management skills for multidisciplinary technical teams. Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
