RESPONSIBILITIES * **1\. Customer Service: Greet customers upon arrival with a friendly attitude, always offering a smile,** answer questions and provide information about the studio's services, as well as manage customer needs. * 2\. Registration Management: Register new members, handle sign-ups and payments, and update customer information in the database. * 3\. Reservation Management: Assist members in booking classes, appointments with personal trainers, or other services offered by the studio. * 4\. Upload class schedules to the system and platforms. * 5\. Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate departments. * 6\. Collections, cash handling, and point-of-sale terminals. * 7\. Ensure that sufficient change is always available in the cash register. * 8\. Activity Management: Support the Manager and/or shift supervisor, as well as perform tasks assigned by the Manager necessary for operations. * 9\. Manage cycling shoes (cleats), including organization, cleaning, and distribution. * 10\. Towel management, distribution, organization, and inventory. * 11\. Assist customers in joining classes, distribute equipment or amenities, help adjust bikes and cleat shoes. * 12\. Support coworkers when demand is high. * 13\. Deliver daily sales reports, branch inventories, cash register closures, platform reports, and attendance reports. * 14\. Prepare beverages and/or food in the Enórbita area, keeping the space clean and organized. * 15\. Conduct Enórbita inventories. * 16\. Replenish missing supplies to ensure proper service at Enórbita.
