Job Summary: Resident architects are sought to manage conflicts, supervise project progress, and ensure proper execution and control of construction work. Key Highlights: 1. Conflict management and resolution during project progress. 2. Timely supervision and monitoring of the construction schedule. 3. Decision-making to ensure proper execution of the construction work. TDM The Design Mode We are seeking resident architects: "ARCHITECTS" \- Manage and resolve conflicts arising during project progress. \- Provide timely monitoring. \- Review and approve estimates and/or related documents for the project. \- Maintain schedule control and promptly notify the manager or responsible party in case of significant deviations affecting delivery dates. \- Supervise construction work with timely adherence to the construction schedule. \- Prepare weekly construction progress reports using an electronic logbook. \- Make decisions to ensure proper execution of the construction work. \- Review and reconcile construction volumes. \- Prepare and approve construction details. \- Use SketchUp, CAD, Revit, and other software for conceptual renderings to facilitate understanding by clients or contractors.
