Applies labor, tax, and social security regulations Mexican company specializing in delivering food service experiences as well as integrating general corporate services through the administration and operation of Industrial Cafeterias, Cafés, Special Events, and Facility Services seeks: **SENIOR PAYROLL ANALYST** Work Location: 10 minutes from Barranca del Muerto Metro Station. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the correct preparation, control, and timely nationwide payroll processing, guaranteeing compliance with current labor, tax, and social security regulations, as well as internal organizational policies. Contribute to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction through reliable, accurate, and standardized payroll management processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Validation and timely nationwide payroll payment * Collection of attendance incidents at operational units and corporate office * Requesting and validating grocery voucher payments * Control and reporting of medical leaves; organizing and coordinating onboarding for new hires * Printing and timely delivery of payroll receipts to operational units * Calculation of Year-End Bonus (Aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and special payrolls * Administration of employee database and maintenance of up-to-date employee information * Calculation of severance payments and indemnities * Knowledge and application of the Social Security Law, INFONAVIT, ISN, and ISR; state and federal taxes related to salaries and wages; generation of payroll reports and statistics * Calculation of Daily Wage, Integrated Daily Wage, Employer-Employee Contributions, ISR on Salaries, Year-End Bonus calculation, and all other payroll- and/or employee compensation-related activities—illustrative but not exhaustive By joining us, you will receive: NET MONTHLY SALARY: **$18,000–$20,000** Additionally, we offer: STATUTORY BENEFITS SAVINGS FUND FREE CAFETERIA SERVICE (BREAKFAST AND LUNCH) INTERNAL CAREER GROWTH **WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM** Interested?
