




### **Position Summary** Provide support in administrative management, preparation of basic reports and KPIs, project follow-up, coordination with suppliers, and execution of elementary technical tasks, ensuring constant and effective communication with the client. ### **Areas of Experience and Special Skills** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. * 6 months or less of experience in administrative or technical support roles (may include social service, internships, or trainee positions). * Previous exposure to technological environments, infrastructure, or project support is desirable. * Knowledge of the retail sector is desirable. * Effective communication with internal and external teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to deliver presentations. ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare and update weekly and/or monthly reports on project progress and departmental metrics (KPIs). * Record and track incidents and deliverables. * Assist in project documentation with the client (meeting minutes, schedules, logs, progress updates). * Follow up on client requests or requirements, directing them to the appropriate responsible party. * Validate schedules, visits, and supplier deliveries. ### **We Offer** * Direct hiring by Toshiba, 100% on payroll. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, year-end vouchers, vacation vouchers). * Life insurance and major medical expenses coverage including dental and vision (for employee and immediate family members). * Minor medical expense insurance. * Employee savings fund, capped at the legal limit. * Grocery vouchers. * Pension plan. * 12 vacation days plus 6 floating days.
