




Job Summary: A New Product Engineer will manage the complete product development lifecycle, collaborate on specifications, and track process execution. Key Highlights: 1. New Product Engineer Requirements: Completed engineering degree Advanced English proficiency 2 years of experience in project management or new product coordination roles within the electronics manufacturing sector, or as a new product developer (Product Owner). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. In-depth knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, including SMT (Surface-Mount Technology), PCB assembly, and functional testing. Responsibilities: Manage the full new product development lifecycle—from concept through to mass production. Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical specifications and quality criteria. Interface with customer counterparts to align on commitments and objectives, ensuring effective planning of timelines, qualification models, volume requirements, resources, etc. Track documented checklists for preparing new product qualification runs, First Article Inspections (FAIs), or other customer-specific validations.
