Optimizes content on OTAs and the booking engine **E\-commerce Specialist (Digital Sales)** **Job Summary** We seek a technical and results-oriented professional to manage the daily operation of our digital sales channels. The primary objective is to ensure accurate inventory loading, rate parity, and content optimization on OTAs and the booking engine to maximize hotel revenue. **Main Responsibilities (Operational Focus)** * **Channel Operations:** Daily management of the Channel Manager, ensuring availability and rates are correct across all portals (Booking, Expedia, etc.). * **Content Optimization:** Uploading photos, describing amenities, and updating room types to improve platform rankings. * **Parity Monitoring:** Continuous review to prevent price discrepancies across different sales channels. * **Promotion Execution:** Implementing commercial tactics and discount codes defined by management in the booking engine and OTAs. * **Technical Reporting:** Generating weekly channel production, pick\-up, and reservation flow reports. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable experience in hotel e\-commerce or digital reservation management. * **Technical Proficiency:** Expert use of **Channel Managers** * **Excel** (formulas and pivot tables). * **Attention to Detail:** Ability to manage large volumes of data without errors in rate loading. * **Languages:** Conversational English Salary: Starting at $24,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Flexible working hours * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
