




### **Leading company in textile rental and laundry services is seeking** ### **Payroll Assistant** **Job Objective:** * Process payroll for the various plants assigned to your responsibility, ensuring timely delivery of weekly and biweekly payroll cutoffs, and supporting any additional activities required by the payroll department according to departmental needs. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources * 2–3 years of relevant experience * Data Analysis and Decision Making * Federal Labor Law * ISR (Income Tax) Calculations * IMSS * INFONAVIT * Integrated Salaries * Proficiency in SAP, SONARH, or any ERP system ### **Our offer is $20,000 to $22,000 per month before taxes** * **Food vouchers: 7% more than the assigned salary = $1,400 to $1,540 per month, based on the assigned salary (Vales enreed card)** * Christmas bonus: 30 days per year * + ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of the first year (100% vacation premium) * Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) * Major medical expense coverage for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18 * Savings fund (once the plant is operational) * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) * Annual profit-sharing **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and properly process payroll for personnel at plants within your management zone, adhering to deadlines and accurately incorporating personnel updates, regulations, and specific requirements for unionized and non-unionized employees’ payroll processing (e.g., resignations, vacations, leaves, disabilities, permissions, incidents, and others). * Process statutory employee benefits—including bonuses, severance pay, severance interest, vacations, and others—by established deadlines. * Organize, process, and maintain records and control of payments and deductions made to workers: advances, partial payments, deductions, statutory benefits, subsidies, and benefits—ensuring timely receipt, delivery, and notification of supporting documentation. * Verify, manage, and control all types of worker-related deduction documents, including proper classification so that documents match employee names and corresponding payroll positions. * Register, keep updated, and process all necessary information with social security service providers to ensure correct affiliation and optimal service delivery to employees; promptly report any anomalies related to such services. * Respond promptly, efficiently, reliably, and courteously to inquiries, requests, and information needs from your immediate supervisor and general staff regarding your duties. * Prepare and deliver all reports requested and falling within the scope and nature of this position. * Analyze documentation by category and by management zone to serve as the basis for preparing accounting entries. * Calculate social security contributions. * Perform and record in the payroll system employee withholdings for INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans. * Collect, administer, and control information and documentation required for IMSS and INFONAVIT payment submissions
