**Maintenance Supervisor** WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Education: Preferably Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field **(DEGREE HOLDER)** **Experience in the position (Maintenance Manager)** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Timely and proper execution of the preventive maintenance program * Supervise the correct use of equipment * Responsible for HVAC equipment and systems in the production area, HVAC, boilers, motors * Personnel management * Cost analysis * Mechanics, electricity, industrial maintenance, diagram interpretation, DTIs, welding, industrial maintenance, PLCs * Electrical diagrams * Classify work by type of maintenance * Schedule maintenance services and routines * Budgets for extraordinary work * Supervise the quality of completed work * Detect failures * Preparation of periodic reports * Supervision of external suppliers * Preparation of monthly reports * Handling of electronics, instrumentation, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint interpretation Skills * Proactive * Goal-oriented work * Conflict management * Effective communication * Negotiation skills * Leadership Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.23 - $18,000.28 per month Work location: On-site employment
