Job Description Lead Routing Executive responsible for receiving, validating, qualifying, and assigning leads originating from various contact channels, ensuring appropriate and timely follow-up by the sales department, as well as high-quality initial customer service. Responsibilities Receiving leads generated through various channels (campaigns, website, inbound calls, and messaging). Verifying and validating contact information. Conducting preliminary surveys to qualify leads. Assigning qualified leads to sales executives. Monitoring overall lead status to ensure proper commercial follow-up. Answering inbound calls and appropriately routing prospects. Responding to messages received via official messaging channels. Recording and updating prospect information in the CRM. Maintaining constant communication and coordination with agencies and departments involved in lead generation. Assigning contacts for events, seminars, or campaigns. Requirements Education Completed high school (minimum). Experience Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or lead routing. Knowledge CRM proficiency. Basic computer skills. Microsoft Office suite. Telemarketing experience. IP PBX system operation. Skills Customer service orientation. Critical thinking. Active listening. Service-oriented attitude.
