The "External Fulfillment" programs are initiatives in which Amazon collaborates with various suppliers/sellers to ship products from warehouses outside of Amazon. The three roles within the operations team are: 1\) The field support team (FST), responsible for aligning operations through physical audits (the candidate must be comfortable visiting a variety of seller warehouses as required), 2\) The central support team (CST), managing medium-scale operations, tracking specific cases through daily monitoring and remote conversations with sellers. 3\) The "Back\-end" team (Hands off the Wheel – HOTW), focused on standard processes and automation, as well as providing reactive follow-up on metrics with minimal contact with sellers. This role is part of the Central Support Team (CST), tracking metrics and standard processes to help these external suppliers/sellers have a seamless experience selling on Amazon. The role also works with internal and external company contacts, serving as the intermediary between Amazon and our business partners. The position identifies operational errors and anticipates implications based on provided information. It analyzes to identify root causes and helps suppliers/sellers prevent and control identified issues. Effective communication with suppliers is essential, as is escalating matters when necessary. Key job responsibilities This role typically involves constant movement, especially within Mexico City and its metropolitan area. Monitor the performance of a variety of assigned sites, propose and implement improvements. Analyze data from different sources, identify relevant data, and present it to drive actions. Anticipate implications based on data and its trends. Be organized and precise in reporting and updating any relevant situations. Serve as the point of contact between internal and external customers, keeping in mind objectives and boundaries in communication according to information privacy. Train and guide seller operations to take action and comply with standards. Identify root causes of operational issues. Create and monitor operational metrics, generate proposals for new automation methodologies.
