Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. **Primary job objective:**  Perform programming and validation of Medical Equipment according to the medical prescription requested by the treating physician. **Activities:** * Foster a culture of compliance with regulations and ethical business practices within the organization. * Promote the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect, and correct violations of law, Vantive policies, and the code of conduct. * Implement Vantive's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy, and support related processes. * Identify compliance and legal risks for Vantive in the country/cluster. * Perform programming of HC machines. * Validate programming of HC machines from remote distribution centers. * Manage documents, file control, and issuance of process control reports. **Responsibilities:** Know and follow job activities according to area operating procedures. Perform activities within a regulatory framework in accordance with Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, and/or Good Storage Practices. Consider performance indicators according to area/leader objectives. Comply with industrial safety and hygiene guidelines. Complete regulatory training or any other training that improves job functions.
