




**Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician** **Work Area:** Tultepec **Interview Location:** Cuautitlán Izcalli **Industrial Refrigeration Technician** Job Objective Install, configure, commission, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems in industrial facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with safety regulations, and continuity of client operations. Key Responsibilities * Install, calibrate, and commission industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems for industrial construction projects. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment, chillers, air handling units, condensers, evaporators, and VRF/VRV systems. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in systems. * Charge, recover, and manage refrigerants in accordance with environmental regulations. * Document service activities, maintenance, and repairs in technical reports. * Support configuration and programming of HVAC system electronic controls and panels. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and best practices during job execution. * Coordinate with construction teams and contractors to ensure proper integration of systems into industrial facilities. * Provide technical guidance to clients and users on equipment operation and maintenance. Job Requirements * **Education:** Technical degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years installing and maintaining industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems. * **Technical Knowledge in:** * Mechanics and electricity applied to refrigeration. * Electronic controllers and automation systems. * Refrigerant handling (R410A, R134a, R404A, CO₂, etc.). * Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings. * Applicable safety and environmental standards (NOM, ASHRAE, EPA, etc.). * **Skills:** * Technical problem diagnosis and resolution. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Organization and time management. * Safety- and quality-oriented mindset. * **Other:** * Willingness to travel and work on-site. * Valid driver’s license.
