





**Human Resources Assistant "Personnel Administration"** A prestigious company is seeking a **Human Resources Assistant / Personnel Administration** to support administrative processes within the Human Resources department, ensuring orderly, timely management with a focus on employee service. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in recording hires, terminations, and changes in the internal system. * Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents. * Update and digitize employee files. * Perform updates on the time clock system (hires, terminations, changes). * Issue credentials, uniforms, and administrative tools. * Manage lockers and uniform inventory. * Track vacation time and payroll incidents. * Draft internal announcements and departmental reports. * Support organizational culture initiatives and internal events. * Respond to and follow up on employee requests. * Assist with purchases, payments, and updating the department budget. * Prepare employment letters, certificates, and other administrative documents. **Desired Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related field (completed). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within Human Resources or Personnel Administration. * **Skills:** File management, incident tracking, contract preparation, and report creation in Excel. * **Abilities:** Organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and internal customer service. * **Must be able to drive on highways and possess a valid driver's license.
