We are looking for: *** ELECTROMECHANIC *** **Position Objective:** Ensure optimal preventive and corrective operation of injection machinery, auxiliary equipment, and plant mechanical and electrical systems, guaranteeing continuity of production processes with safety, quality, and efficiency. **Experience:** * Minimum **3 years in electromechanical maintenance** within the **plastic injection or similar manufacturing sector.** * Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. **Required Knowledge:** * Technical knowledge of **plastic injection machines** (Haitian, Engel, Arburg, Krauss Maffei, etc.). * Interpretation of **electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.** * **Basic PLCs:** Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron (fault detection and correction). * **Three-phase electrical systems, control and power.** * Principles of **industrial hydraulics and pneumatics.** * Use of electrical measuring tools (multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter). * Maintenance of peripherals: **chillers, hoppers, conveyor belts, dryers, etc.** * Basic knowledge of **industrial safety and 5S.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance** on injection machines, robots, chillers, temperature controllers, compressors, and grinders. * Diagnose and repair **electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures** in production equipment. * Verify proper operation of electrical panels, sensors, PLCs, relays, motors, and frequency drives. * Participate in **startup, calibration, and parameter adjustment** of injection machines and auxiliary equipment. * Document maintenance activities in logs or assigned system (SAP, CMMS, etc.). * Assist in the **installation of new machines or equipment** and ensure their correct electrical and mechanical connections. * Comply with preventive maintenance programs established by the department. * Ensure compliance with **industrial safety and environmental regulations.** * Identify and propose equipment improvements to reduce downtime and optimize energy consumption. * Coordinate with production for **machine release** after repairs are completed. **We Offer:** Weekly salary $ Monthly productivity bonus Monthly attendance bonus Monthly vouchers + Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site
