





**Position Objective** Design, implement, and coordinate the **Integrated Management System** at ALYMEL (alcohol, molasses, and sugar industry), unifying processes across all work sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and proper interaction with each organizational area. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain the company's Management System. * Ensure compliance with regulations: **ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable NOMs**. * Coordinate internal audits and manage external audits (customers, certification bodies, and authorities). * Define, monitor, and present **key performance indicators (KPIs)** for quality, food safety, safety, and environment. * Coordinate improvement actions and standardize processes across all work sites. * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and HR to ensure system integration. * Manage department budgets and, if handling cash, submit **payment receipts to Management/Accounting**. * Train and raise staff awareness on regulatory requirements, quality, safety, and food safety. **Requirements** * Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or related field (postgraduate degree in quality/safety management preferred). * Minimum experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles within chemical, food, or process industries. * Knowledge of implementation and maintenance of management systems. * Experience in managing internal and external audits. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Competencies: leadership, planning, data analysis, effective communication, results orientation, and teamwork. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Job stability in an expanding industrial company. * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement. **Success Indicators** * % compliance rate in internal and external audits. * % of corrective/preventive actions closed on time. * Achievement of management system objectives. * Reduction in incidents related to safety, quality, and food safety. * Standardization of the system across all work sites.
