If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next\-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. **We are looking for:** Master Driver **Position objective:** Provide technical and complementary support to regional sales managers during events, Demo Plus or Fuel Management programs, deliver training on Volvo products to customers, contribute to customer satisfaction by demonstrating that Volvo's product portfolio is the best in the market and the optimal choice for our customers' business. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma or Technical degree. * **Driver's license:** Federal driver's license. * **Language:** Technical English. **Experience:** * +8 years operating heavy equipment, of which 2 years in the automotive or transportation industry + Training instructor experience + Experience with Tech tool, Impact, Telematics + Heavy equipment operation **Responsibilities:** * Inspect the physical\-mechanical condition of DEMO units. * Train customers on the range of Volvo products. * Provide technical and commercial support during events, exhibitions, and sales processes. * Advise the sales team on performance, maintenance, and driving techniques. * Respond to customer inquiries related to operation, fuel consumption, and maintenance. * Apply operational checklists (Demo Plus, Fuel Management, Technical Driving). * Validate vehicle quality prior to delivery. * Demonstrate on-road performance of buses and chassis. * Analyze operation cycles and driving techniques. * Identify areas for improvement in the product portfolio and provide feedback to the product team. * Perform technical analysis using tools such as Telematics, Tech Tool, and Impact. * Implement the Pro Diesel methodology when required. **Location:** Multiple locations (LEON, GDL, SOUTHEAST), willingness to travel.
