Functions: * As a member of the management team, responsible for ensuring alignment of human capital systems, processes, and solutions with business strategy. * Collaborate with the leadership team to manage culture and ensure all employees adhere to DOL principles, safety standards, and Bocar Values and Principles. * Responsible for implementing Talent Management tools and procedures in the areas supported. * Provide guidance and coaching to the leadership team for decision-making and talent management according to business needs. * Develop appropriate and timely HR plans and actions based on business conditions and requirements. * Anticipate potential human capital issues based on business knowledge, and in coordination with COEs, develop suitable and sustainable solutions. Also acts as a "single point of contact" for HR requests, coordinating and ensuring responses to internal clients. * Implement new HR processes and services in the areas served. * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within the areas under responsibility. * Guide employees and area managers in interpersonal relationships and conflict resolution. * Develop HR talent within the organization, ensuring succession and continuity. * In conjunction with the Labor Relations Manager, responsible for implementation and monitoring of labor relations indicators and action plans for production centers. * Jointly responsible with the Labor Relations Manager and Plant Management for the labor relations communication strategy in each location. * Responsible for DO indicators per production center, as well as conducting training needs assessments per plant, development plans, and ensuring succession plans for production plants, including monthly follow-up and necessary actions for proper implementation. * Jointly responsible with HR Labor Relations Management, HR Management, and Plant Management for collective bargaining and PTU strategy at least 10 months prior to negotiations (including action plan, communication plan, and monthly union meeting schedule). **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- **Required Language** -------------------- Intermediate English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 7 years**Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
