Ensure execution and monitoring of distribution processes and work instructions (Planning, Replenishment) under your responsibility and your team's. 2\. Guarantee the integrity, reliability, and timeliness of information in TMS (OTM), processes, and communications under your responsibility. 3\. Generate route analysis and consolidation, validating that the best available alternatives are being used. 4\. Measure KPIs of your processes and evaluate associates under your supervision. 5\. Follow up on area projects. 6\. Verify timely delivery of quotations requested from suppliers. 7\. Manage information and documentation with service providers. Distribution Coordinator Administration: 1\. Ensure compliance with the activities of the distribution analysts under your supervision. 2\. Consolidate KPIs for the area under your responsibility (accounts payable, accounts receivable, evidence). 3\. Identify and analyze deviations from KPI performance and design action plans with analysts. 4\. Consolidate and review pending order/route closures by vertical within your area and share them with the area supervisor. 5\. Ensure customer and/or supplier rates are updated and accessible to analysts. 6\. Schedule periodic meetings with internal and external customers to reduce process deviations. 7\. Support month-end closing activities. 8\.
