**Leading company in the Textile sector.** **We are seeking an Import Analyst** **Requirements** * Education: **Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field (graduated or intern).** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate English * Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate-Advanced). **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Weekly payments * Savings fund * Holiday bonus above legal requirements * Savings account * Vacation bonus above legal requirements And other benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Responsibilities:** * Tracking shipment tracking numbers (courier) upon arrival and determining tax payments to notify receiving department * Coordinating air freight shipments with customs broker * Reviewing taxes and customs entries before the customs broker makes payment * Requesting certification and authorization for labels from UVA (authorized verification unit) * Reviewing tariff classifications, estimated prices, customs account, and automatic permits * Applying trade agreements with other countries * Receiving invoices for ocean freight, domestic land freight, custody, and UVA; scheduling these documents for payment * Sending all documentation generated by each import to the accounting department for recording * General filing of imports * Preparing documentation required for merchandise release Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work location: Onsite position
