





Company dedicated to the **fabrication of industrial tanks and metal installations** is seeking a **Workshop Manager** with proven experience in **supervising welding, assembly, and tank fabrication processes**. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop activities: cutting, rolling, assembly, and welding of industrial tanks. * Assign tasks and supervise technical and operational personnel. * Ensure compliance with quality, industrial safety standards, and ASME/API codes (if applicable). * Control the proper use of materials, tools, and machinery. * Coordinate the execution of work orders with engineering, production, and quality control departments. * Verify dimensions, thicknesses, and finishes according to drawings and technical specifications. * Prepare daily progress and material consumption reports. * Support technical training of workshop personnel. **Requirements** * **Education:** Mechanical or Industrial Technician or Engineer, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of **5 years** in metalworking or industrial tank fabrication workshops. * Welding processes (TIG\-ORBITAL). * Ability to interpret mechanical and isometric drawings. * Knowledge of metallic materials and fabrication procedures. * Familiarity with ASME, API, or equivalent standards (desirable). * Leadership, planning, and teamwork skills. * Basic knowledge of production management or shop control software. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Social security. * Christmas bonus. * Opportunity for permanent contract. * Weekly payment to the bank of your choice. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Vacations. * Vacation premium. * Weekly pay. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am\-5:30 pm.
