Job Description: **PROJECT LEAD** **Requirements:** · Education: Degree or partial degree in Architecture · 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, supervision, or site residency. · Age: 23 to 35 years old. **Experience:** · Ability to read blueprints · Basic to intermediate AutoCAD skills (ability to extract references, perform unit conversions, use imperial system) · Proficiency with basic tools · Willingness to travel · Ability to create presentations and simple drawings (diagrams) · Basic to intermediate English proficiency · Basic to intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables) · Knowledge of Project, Smart sheet, Monday (project management tools) is not essential · Must be available for travel and temporary relocation for short to medium durations, with periodic returns to home location. · Supervision and management of work teams ranging from 5 to 50 people. · Client networking; experience in direct client interaction for reviewing agreements, addressing needs, and follow-up on pending items. · Portfolio submission required (blueprints completed, projects, presentations) **Schedule:** · 9 am \- 6 pm Monday to Friday \- Saturday 9 am \- 2 pm. **Salary:** · $16,000 net monthly **Location:** Carr. a Teoloyucan 17, El Trebol, 54785 Tepotzotlán, Méx.
