We are seeking: CNC PROGRAMMER PROFILE: Technological high school diploma or completed/unfinished engineering degree 2 to 3 years of experience as a CNC programmer TRAINING: Advanced Mastercam, Multi-axis module, Mathematical trigonometry, 4 and 5-axis programming. Evaluate programs and make modifications to improve efficiency and machining times. Minimize material waste during machining operations. Transfer Mastercam programs to CNC machining centers and lathes. Knowledge of cutting and machining materials (material hardness and properties). Verify completed programs by running simulations or tests. Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during machining. Perform calculations for programming, including determining where materials should be machined. Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
