




**\*Entry date January 5, 2026\*** ### **Requirements:** * Education: **Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering** * Knowledge: Quality Management Indicators, Statistical Process Control, Management Systems, Prerequisites, HACCP, SQF, GMPs, Physicochemical Analysis and Sensory Analysis. * Experience: **Minimum 1 year in the food industry** * Must live near the area ### **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with quality specifications for raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished products. * Verify correct handling of finished products, including released, held, and rejected items on the floor and in the system. * Verify proper storage and shipment of finished products through implemented GMPs and prerequisite programs. * Verify compliance with prerequisite programs to ensure process and product safety. * Verification of CCPs and CPs in the HACCP plan. ### **We Offer:** * Monthly Gross Salary: **$14,300** * Vacation according to Federal Labor Law * IMSS * Christmas Bonus (30 days) * Vacation Premium (50%) * Grocery Vouchers (10%) * Savings Fund (13%) * SGMM * Direct Contract * Schedule: **Shift rotation**
