**Actuary for the Engineering Department (Process Optimization)** **Recent graduate or experienced** A company in the metal-mechanical sector is seeking to integrate an **Actuary** oriented toward numerical analysis for optimizing production times and processes into its Engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational data, developing models, and supporting continuous improvement of internal processes. **Location** Atizapán de Zaragoza, Mexico, new facility 5 minutes from Atizapán warehouses Work schedule from Monday to Friday **Main Responsibilities** * Perform numerical analysis to identify improvement opportunities in time and processes. * Interpret production data and develop optimization models. * Prepare reports using Power BI and Excel to support decision-making. * Participate in engineering projects focused on operational efficiency. * Create and update databases related to plant measurements. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to validate improvement proposals. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science (recent graduate) or related field. * Proficiency in **Power BI** * Intermediate–advanced **Excel** skills * Interest in data analysis applied to processes. **Desirable** * Knowledge of applied statistics in processes. * Familiarity with productivity indicators. * Experience in industry (internships, training programs, or first job). * Interest in process engineering or continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits fully paid (100%) * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Free transportation from Nicolas Romero and Atizapán * Cafeteria * Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM * Career development and training plan within the Engineering Department.
