Job Summary: We are seeking an extroverted and naturally charismatic mobile telephony trainer to drive customer success through innovative solutions and a professional growth environment. Dynamic work environment We are looking for a mobile telephony trainer Puebla Area **Requirements:** * Valid official documentation * Experience as a trainer, preferably in telecommunications and sales * Extroverted * Willingness to travel; travel allowances provided **Responsibilities:** * Develop and/or adapt presentations for training delivery * Monitor training schedules and execute training sessions * Follow up on the training plan with promoters at points of sale (internal staff, carriers, etc.) * DNC (Do Not Call) list management based on productivity results at points of sale * Group facilitation * Other related duties * Meet KPIs (trained personnel, commercial allies\-sales) If you possess natural charisma and the ability to connect with people, this position is for you.
