Position Summary: Collaborate in equipment configuration and operational testing of software, configurations, and devices, documenting results to ensure stable operation prior to production. Purpose of the Position** Collaborate in equipment configuration and execution of operational tests for software, configurations, and devices, documenting results and incidents with attention to detail to ensure stable operation before reaching production. **2\. Key Responsibilities** * Configure equipment (hardware and software) according to Implementation Department guidelines. * Conduct operational tests on new software versions, new configurations and parameterizations, as well as on devices, accessories, MDM platforms, and network services. * Record test results in predefined templates (test cases, evidence, observations). * Identify and document incidents (steps to reproduce, actual vs. expected results, evidence). * Support tracking and resolution of technical support tickets. * Prepare simple technical reports on tests and findings. * Collaborate in improving test cases, templates, and processes. **3\. Candidate Requirements** **Academic Background:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Information Technologies, Communication Technologies, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields. * TSU (Technical Superior University) degrees are also considered if accompanied by experience in technical support, implementation, or testing. **Desirable Experience:** * Implementation of technological solutions. * Technical support / ticket handling. * Software testing or system validation. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic equipment configuration (application installation, network settings, parameters). * Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and any ticketing system or incident-tracking tool. * Preferred: familiarity with Android, MDM, mobile networks, or communication devices. **4\. Competencies and Personal Traits** * Proactive profile. * High attention to detail. * Interest in testing, following procedures, and identifying defects. * Organization and discipline in documenting actions taken and observations made. * Ability to clearly explain problems, both orally and in writing. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle. * **Teamwork and effective communication.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
