





*For over ten decades, we have established ourselves as Puebla’s most traditional restaurant in Poblano gastronomy, and to continue this legacy, we are seeking* **Kitchen Assistants** *to join our team and demonstrate interest in professional growth and development.* **Requirements:** * Age: 23 to 34 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree or technical degree in gastronomy or related field. * Residence near downtown Puebla, or ability to commute easily. * Minimum experience: 2 years in Mexican or traditional Poblano cuisine. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and daily requirements. * Wash, peel, cut, and chop fruits, vegetables, meats, and other foods. * Assist in preparing sauces, garnishes, and dishes. * Maintain clean and orderly workstations and kitchen utensils. * Comply with established food hygiene and safety standards. * Perform cleaning of areas and equipment at the end of each shift. * Inspect and report any shortages of supplies to the supervisor. * Assist in plating and presentation of dishes, following the Chef’s instructions. * Store food properly to ensure freshness and prevent waste. * Participate in inventory checks and maintain appropriate control over consumed products. **Knowledge:** * Hygienic food handling. * FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for perishable stock rotation. * Food pre-preparation. * Basic knowledge of traditional Poblano cuisine preparation (mandatory). * Food cutting and preservation techniques. **Skills:** * Proactivity. * Organization and cleanliness. * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Capacity to follow instructions. * Teamwork. **Attributes:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Willingness to learn. * Proactive and collaborative attitude. * Commitment to quality and restaurant standards. **We Offer:** * Weekly pay + tips. * Monthly salary of $8,980.00. * Overtime pay. * Weekly rotating schedule: - Sunday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Friday and Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Rest day: One rotating day per week. * Statutory benefits after the first year of service. * Immediate hiring. * One meal per day. * Private medical service.
