




At **Duronco**, a leading company in the **superfoods** sector, we are seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator** to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities, machinery, and equipment. We want a professional with leadership vision, organizational ability, and commitment to safety and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Collaborative work with Operational Technician and/or Maintenance Specialist. * Assist in preparing and executing preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with safety, quality, and documentation compliance standards. * Support basic repair tasks in facilities. * Perform maintenance on machinery and equipment. * Collaborate in cleaning, organizing, and preparing work areas before, during, and after each maintenance intervention. * Properly care for, clean, and safeguard tools and materials used. * Support in identifying and promptly reporting to the Coordinator/Leader any failure or anomaly detected in equipment and facilities. * Support in recording performed work on machinery, equipment, and facilities in logbooks or forms. * Support in unloading, moving, or installing spare parts, tools, and area materials. * Participate in logistical support during supplier or external technician visits when necessary. * Comply with safety and hygiene standards when performing any task. * Support in conducting periodic inventories and cleaning of assigned tools and materials. * Collaborate in implementing improvements, adaptations, and/or corrections resulting from or prior to audits. **TECHNICAL AND CULTURAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education; completed and/or incomplete high school education; or basic knowledge in maintenance, mechanics, electricity, or related fields (desirable). * Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance. * Basic knowledge of hand and electric tools. * Ability to perform basic plumbing, painting, minor repairs, etc. * (Desirable) Knowledge of light production machinery (conveyor belts, forklifts, sealers, etc.). * Ability to complete simple activity reports or logbooks. * Knowledge of basic safety and quality standards. * Service-oriented attitude and willingness to perform manual labor. * Teamwork with effective communication and respect for the chain of command. * Responsibility and care for tools and materials. * Commitment to order, cleanliness, and operational discipline. * Proactivity in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and conditions of plant equipment and facilities.
