Your primary objective will be to ensure that all customers enjoy a safe, exciting, and pleasant experience at Inflalandia. To succeed in this position, you must be energetic, friendly, and willing to work in a fast-paced and constantly moving environment. Key responsibilities: * Supervise facilities and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. * Interact with visitors and deliver exceptional customer service. * Assist in organizing and executing events and special celebrations. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. We have the following areas: * Food and Beverages * Ticket Booths * Inflatable Zone Staff * Games Zone Staff * Cleaning Zone Staff Requirements: * Experience in theme parks, entertainment, direct customer service, etc. (preferred) * Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team. * Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to remain energetic and positive even in stressful situations.
