Your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and maintain information in our database with high accuracy and speed. **Key Responsibilities** * **Enter** alphanumeric data into the company's internal system. * **Verify the accuracy** of source data before registration. * **Update existing records** periodically and systematically. * **Identify and correct** errors or discrepancies in the information. * **Backup digital files** according to security protocols. * **Organize physical and digital documents** to facilitate retrieval. **Requirements** * **Minimum education:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administration / computer science. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in similar data entry or filing positions. * **Digital tools:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas). * **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, focus, and confidentiality. * **Residence:** Living near the Sonata area or having no transportation issues commuting to Lomas de Angelópolis. **We Offer** * **Competitive salary** * **Fixed working hours** * **Excellent work environment** and collaborative atmosphere.
