Job Summary: A prestigious residential community seeks a Security Manager to supervise and coordinate security personnel, monitor security systems, and manage access control, ensuring overall safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the security team and coordinate personnel. 2. Operate CCTV systems, access control systems, and security protocols. 3. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and prepare operational reports. A prestigious residential community is seeking a Security Manager. Requirements: Must reside in Atlixco. Bachelor's degree. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Security Manager. Proficiency in CCTV and monitoring systems. Vehicle access control (Parkimovil or other digital systems). Biometric access systems. Private residential security protocols. Incident management and digital logbooks. Access control for construction sites and vendors. Civil protection protocols and emergency response. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Team leadership. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate security personnel (guards and shift supervisors under a 12x12 schedule). Monitor the CCTV system and ensure its proper operation. Manage vehicle (Parkimovil) and pedestrian access. Control the biometric access system at the Clubhouse. Coordinate access for vendors, visitors, and construction activities. Supervise roadways during construction work. Conduct preventive patrols. Respond to incidents and emergencies. Prepare operational reports. Monitor compliance with regulations. We Offer: Salary: $18,000–$20,000 per month. Statutory benefits. Schedule: Mixed, 48 hours per week.
