Communicate, reinforce, and ensure compliance with **instructions**. 2. Train, instruct, and position personnel according to service requirements. 3. Identify and analyze internal and external risks within the operational environment. 4. Supervise roll calls, patrols, logs, and operational controls. 5. Guarantee **full service coverage** (minimal turnover and absenteeism). 6. Detect, deter, and respond to risk agents. 7. Ensure compliance with the **SDG Code of Ethics**, preventing any violations. 8. Submit service, quality, and operational performance reports. 9.
