**Irrigation Systems Operations Manager** We are a national leader in Irrigation Systems **Requirements:** * Irrigation Engineering degree with official certification and professional license * Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and communication skills * Leadership experience in project management * Minimum 5 years of verifiable managerial or supervisory experience * Knowledge of agricultural machinery, equipment, and tools; hydraulics; control systems; and electricity * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize project activities * Manage budgets for each project and monitor expense control * Track and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle, document them, and present cost estimates at all stages of the project * Supervise field installation progress * Monitor inventory efficiency and costs at project warehouses * Participate in strategic meetings with management and executive leadership Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
