We empower a personalized experience that allows employees to work seamlessly and securely. **ABOUT THIS ROLE:** As a field support representative, you will proactively work with and interact directly with end users at customer sites, managing preventive and corrective troubleshooting for printing systems, mobile devices, handhelds, and laptops—providing hardware, software, and network-level support across all three tiers. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** * Provide user support * Configure and manage equipment * Inventory IT equipment * Ticket resolution and tracking * Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance (laptops, printers, mobile devices, handhelds, switches, nodes) * Demonstrate strong active communication and teamwork skills to resolve any customer incident or request. * Maintain high customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring they are fully met. * Deliver software services, post-sales support, service delivery, and application solutions for both standard and specialized systems. * Resolve technical issues on assigned hardware and software platforms. * Use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify opportunities for problem prevention. * Administer and manage manufacturing EPS systems at a customer site. **WHO YOU ARE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields * 2 years of experience working in the technology industry, specifically managing sizable accounts (Windows operating systems, MS Office 365, thermal printers, handheld scanners, and basic networking skills) * Practical knowledge of domain policies, certificate consoles, Control Panel functions, networking, command-line tools, bulk file handling, and peripheral system diagnostics * Strong communication skills to actively listen to customers and clearly articulate solutions to address inquiries Experience working in the technology industry, specifically managing sizable accounts **WORK ENVIRONMENT** * **On-site in Tlalnepantla** Joining DXC connects you with brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
